This is an amazing periodontics office and doctor! I recently decided to do gum surgery due to my severe gum line recession. Dr. Kim was very knowledgeable, explained all the details of what the surgery would entail, and let me know the benefits of having the surgery done. I felt like he really listened to me, had a great bedside manner, and answered all of the questions that I had. I did the surgery and the results were great! Dr. Kim took the time to make sure I was well after the surgery, and continues to provide me with excellent patient care. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and his office for any periodontics needs.

“I had to get Osseous surgery due to my receding gums, which in turn had my gums separate themselves with my canine tooth. I made an appointment with Dr. A.J. Kim, and I don’t regret it. Dr. Alexander Kim is the consummate professional; highly skilled, polite, and to the point. He provided me with excellent surgical treatment to address a gum issue. Couldn’t ask for better. His support and office staff have been wonderful too. If you’re looking for a periodontist your search is over… (and no, I’m not being paid for this review!).

I was referred to Dr. Kim from Sunnyvale Dental Asthetics, by Dr. Ta for a crown reduction. From the pre-op checkups, to the procedure itself, Dr. Kim and his team took great care of me. The procedure itself was something I was dreading, but went extremely smooth. Dr. Kim was quick, precise and I had no swelling and minimal bruising after. The front desk staff was also very prompt in responding to any sort of scheduling and insurance queries. Overall an excellent experience – probably my best one as far as dental procedures go. Highly recommend him.

Absolutely fantastic work. I couldn’t put into words how much Dr. Kim and his wonderful team restored my faith in the dentist industry. At 17 I was used and abused (in the shortest of terms) by a dentist who tried to squeeze every penny out of my insurance and I. Later on I lost all three teeth(molars) he had worked on before I reached my 20’s. Now two years later, I did a ton of research, became more aware of myself and the care I deserve and to the best luck I found exactly what I was looking for. Thankfully this was just in time, I needed crownlengthening and wisdoms extracted, Dr. Kim and his assistants are seriously amazing at what they do, they go above and beyond their job by consoling and comforting and doing their upmost to make sure a patient feels their best. Don’t even bother comparing prices, because I already have around most of the Bay Area, Dr. Kim is by for the cleanest, kindest and most affordable around. Thank you so much!!
